Guest guest
is Chamomile tea legal? i'm pretty sure it is, but i just want to make sure (its loose and organic as well)LOL! Chamomile, cocoa butter...now all we need is young coconut water to make this week complete =)This is something that has been sort of a debate area. You would think it would be legal, but I think it and many other herbal teas have polysaccharides in them, so they're illegal. Also, as Marilyn will tell you, chamomile can have other effects on your bowels that you may not want while on this diet, which I can't exactly recall at this time. I'll see if I can find that post and re-post it.Meanwhile, I wouldn't drink it if I were you. Only black tea, green tea, ginger, and the mints are legal. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund

Guest guest
Hey.. > oh... well that really realy sucks, cause i have a pound of loose chamomile flowers that i do not know what to do with now... no one in the house drank it except me, guess i will have to make the change to mint, cause i like black but if its strong, and green tea is a hassle to make... Why is green tea a hassle to make? It is super easy. There are some great " clean " companies out there too! Loose leaves are awesome as well. > guess i make too many assumptions... i should sit down and come up with a huge list of questions i have and just have them all answered. Keep asking questions and don't be so hard on yourself. If you give this some time and ask questions you will get your ground work done and it just gets way easier from there!!! > Damn.. Chamomile, such a disappointment, and i am doing pretty good as it is, only 3 BM daily... argh, fury!! Yea, chamomile is a disappointment indeed. I wish there were more like caffeine free alternatives that are quick. But you can make your own delicious fresh grated ginger tea with honey.. sometimes adding a bit of lemon. Yum! Pretty quick too. I love my microplaine- one of my most diverse kitchen tools that I use for many things in the kitchen plus it is easy to clean! http://us.microplane.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=18 Jodi

Guest guest
> is Chamomile tea legal? i'm pretty sure it is, but i just want to > make sure (its loose and organic as well) Chamomile is going to be illegal by virtue of being an herb. It also is a member of the ragweed family so if you have a ragweed allergy, expect to get all stuffed up and sneezy, etc.
