I wasn't measuring but drinking constantly. Once it would get warm I'd just add more ice and never measure. Unfortunately that got me into trouble. Last Thursday I went to my PCP for what I thought was a urinary infection but SURPRISE! I was severly dehydrated. I went out and bought another insulated cup thats 20 ounces and make sure I fill it at least 3 times a day (usually I can do 4). I guess some of us have to learn the hard way. I really thought I was doing good before though. Now I do feel better. I'm also off of the Vioxx. One month down! Tell a I'm looking forward to seeing her! Jodie W. I keep impressing upon her that I think measuring and getting your fluids in after leaving the hospital I feel is THE most important (and moving enough) to having a smooth recovery. I keep telling her (and I think she is listening) that it MUST be 1.5 liters a day. So as a joke too tell her that I told you to give her a lecture on it. She will just tell your how " Bossy " I am being again! LOL Thanks, Dawn
