Okay, TMI, I know, but that's what y'all are here for, right? =)

My poop has been varying degrees of looseness for a while now, but

it's consistently had an orange tint to it. Not red, like blood, but

orange. Hmm..Any ideas?

Also, it's been kind of pasty whenever it's solid, and it takes quite

a few wipes to clean my butt. I remember this being discusses a while

back, but I can't really remember what was discussed about it.

Thanks!

Are you eating a lot of carrots or beets? Sometimes color

can leach into BMs (I believe this is even mentioned

in Green for Life)?

It can also be a sign of die off. Or it might be an effect of the

iron pills, although that usually translates to dark color

BMs.

I believe that's an enzyme problem/not fully absorbing nutrition, but

someone else may know better or more.

There is a certain kind of wipes you can buy in the drugstore or

costco (larger quantity, cheaper price) that helps with this.

With aloe and or witch hazel.

This is one of the side effects of iron pills, BTW.

In the beginning when I ate a lot of carrots, my BMs were orange colored. Not so

much anymore when I go intro though. Never thought about that.

My BMs are always sticky and take a lot of wiping. They were never like that

before SCD though. My BMs pass way easier than before SCD, but I still get

constipated a good bit.

I have never taken iron pills.

That's awesome. Too bad most of my BMs are in the late morning while I'm at

work. I rarely have one at home. What I've learned to do is wet napkins before

going into the stall and this helps tremendously. At home, the sink is right

next to me. I'm def bookmarking this though!!!!

Thanks!!!
