All -

Does anyone ave a suggestion for a good - accurate scale? (And maybe we can let Kaiser know about them!)

When I was at SSF last Wednesday, I was given my weight and told I had to lose 20 lbs before surgery. When I got home that day, I weighed myself three times (I have a talking digital scale, that rarely gives the same reading twice) - and the average of that was bout 8 pounds less than what I was told at the office. I had an appt at the new Santa Clara facility today - and it was 16.4 pounds different from the SSF reading! It has been a week and I have closely followed the meal plan and have been exercising - but not 16 pounds worth!

Thanks for your help! Hope you all have a great looong weekend!
