Guest guest
Deana: I hear you that you are scared to death. This is major surgery and complications can happen. But if generally doesn't. My wife was operated on by Dr. Deveny, possibly the first DS that he was the lead surgeon on, and she has had no problems whatever. Dr. Deveny has some failings. He doesn't tend to listen to his patients and does what he decides is best, often without any forewarning. But he is technically outstanding and while you may not like his decisions they are usually the correct ones. So know that the fear is normal. But also know that you are in very capable hands.
