Guest guest
I've been stuck with the same foods for a while now, and everytime I try to add something new, it doesn't seem to work. I'm symptom-free for the most part (mild left lower abdominal tightness/pinching feeling comes and goes) until I add a new food and then I get the abdominal pain all over again. I eat everything on the intro, and I've added green beans, pineapple juice, natural applesauce, fish, pork tenderloin, turkey, etc. But I seem to have problems with veggies and fruit. I've tried adding strawberries, butternut squash (chopped into pieces and cooked...and after that didn't work, I did try it pureed...which I'm not 100% certain if it caused any issues), almond flour, and a few other things but it seems they don't agree with me. Are there any foods that are easy to digest and could possibly be handled by a person with a sensitive gut (I know we all have that issue, but I seem to be overly sensitive or something)? For some reason I can handle meats really well (like I mentioned above). I have been on the same foods for almost a year now. I can't seem to add any fruits or veggies. Maybe I'm doing it the wrong way, but I just feel slightly stuck. Any tips or ideas?
