Don't know if it's legal or not but according to this recipe http://www.recipezaar.com/cookbook.php?bookid=36638, which includes hearts of palms, it is legal. Don't take my word for it. There's 86 SCD legal recipes according to recipezaar. Looks good! : )>> Are these legal by any chance?
