Guest guest
- I've been lucky and have always been able to get enough protein through food. Some have a different experience and need to supplement through protein shakes, etc. I am able to get in 150 grams of protein on some days - others only 100, but that is plenty, to my understanding. I usually get protein through eggs, cheese and mostly chicken. Chicken is a great source of protein and goes down really well for me. I sometimes eat it for breakfast AND supper. -Sherry (Lake Marcel, WA) BPD/DS Feb. 2, 2001 self-pay 5'5 " / 341 pounds / 33 years old Lost 9 pounds in pre-op weight loss efforts Have lost 70 pounds since surgery!
