What great news Pam!!! Way to go! That must have felt so good jumping

on that scale!

You sure seemed to get to goal fast too! Shows your determination!

I am right there with you!

A loose size 10? I am still fantazing about that one!

One day at a time for me. Glad to see your time has flown by!

Do you have an " at goal " outfit in mind?

Thanks so much. I'm thinking about August if I can get these last

few pds off. It seems to take a longer time than I thought. Pam E.
