Guest guest Posted October 6, 2009 Report Share Posted October 6, 2009 According to the RDA on Fitday, I eat way too much protein (and fat), and am about right on carbs. Of course, that's based on the food pyramid, so who knows. Most of my protein comes from dairy and eggs, and some nut butter. I only eat meat once a day, at most. My carbs are mainly from honey, a half cup of grape juice, and squash/carrots.
