Guest guest Posted June 18, 2005 Report Share Posted June 18, 2005 Well, one by one I am conquereing my fears and feelings of inadequacy. I spoke today at the 3 orientations at the Fremont Kaiser. They went very well and everyone was happy to have someone there who has actually had the surgery and can tell them more about how you actually feel, rather then from a doctor who can only imagine what we feel like afterwards. There was even someone I knew in the third session. Dr. Dutta was there today and he was glad that I was able to come. I plan to be at the orientation next month, but not in August. I will be in hot Las Vegas at a Union Conference. (I hope they keep the a/c on. lol) Its amazing how much more confidence you gain by losing weight.
