Yeah, the way this is set up is

a little impractical, i feel like the way a forum is set up would make it

more organized overall. its pretty difficult to find information when

searching (in my experience). i usually have to just ask the question

myself to get some kind of an answer, searching would just take too

long.

I've been looking into options for Forums, but have been unable to follow

through. Something to do with my Mom having hospitalizations, myself

having cancer surgery , a hurricane evacuation, and a few other things

have gotten in the way. I'm continuing to look at options.

I receive all messages in my mail client, Eudora, which has an excellent

search function. I don't know if Outlook or Outlook Express has something

similar. You might consider Thunderbird, from the same folks who make the

web browser, Firefox, as an option.
