This Thursday I will be 4 weeks out, so I do not how much help I can be for you.

I am also going to show how I take my pills.

Yesterday:

6:30 am 1 cup of decaf coffee (took me 1 hour & 1 reheating in microwave) [Prilosec (I do not have to crush meds anymore but found that I was not getting the good out of my prilosec so I just open the capsule and take the beads with applesause, since I have gone back to this way of taking it I have not had the hunger feeling after eating) Synthroid .1mg]

9:30am 1 scambled egg (Pam in the skillet), 1 tbl grits, 1 tbl sausage gravy [VM-2000 vitamin, chewable calcium, 1 ADEK's, 2 Devrom, 2 dairy care] (10 grams protein)

12 pm Blueberry protein drink made with 6 oz of lactaid milk & 4 ice cubes blended [2 dairy care, 1 chewable calcium] (35 grams protein)

1 pm Went to the movies and had 1 cup of buttered popcorn over a 2 hour period

3:30 pm 2 tbl liquid protein chased with applesauce (15 grams protein)

5:30 pm 4oz Macaroni in Barillos pasta sauce made with ground beef (sorta like spagetti) [VM-2000 vitamin, chewable calcium, 1 ADEK's. 2 Devrom, 2 dairy care] (est 15 grams protein)

9 pm 1/4 cup of honey roasted soy nuts and 2 tbl of liguid protein (10 grams protein)

Total 90 grams of protein

In between all this eating I manage to get in 60 oz of water per day. It is not always easy, but I really try. I use an old pop bottle fill it half full of water and freeze it. When I go to bed I fill it with water and I have cold water at my bedside to sip on everytime I wake too.

I have 2 BM's every morning. Second one about 15 minutes after the first. If I eat something with a lot of fat my second BM is usually liquid. If I eat dairy sometimes I have gas and bloating even taking the dairy care. First time I had cottage cheese I thought it would be the last time but Dr Ren told me that if something doesn't agree with me not to give up on it just try it again in the future. I had cottage cheese the other day without the problems. So, I think the further out I get the better I am going to be able to tolerate dairy. I want to add that I do not try 2 new foods in one day. If I have a digestive problem I want to know what caused it.

Hope this helps.
