Guest guest
Is there anyone who has trouble keeping their Vitamin D levels up and uses UVB radiation? Thoughts? Experiences? I have fat malabsorption, and my integrative MD has told me I can try this, as long as I do not burn - kind of like 20 - 30 mins max per week ramping up to 2-3 sessions per week. I take 10,000IU of D3 - Carlsons D-Drops, and it just is not doing the trick. I also take CLO, and am in the process of switching to fermented CLO. From what I read, UVB rays are the ones that provide the correct light. If anyone has had success with this, can you share info? Am curious as to if tanning beds at salons give off UVA and or UVB rays. Also, what about a home product? TIA, Kim
