Guest guest
Eileen, I'm gonna be very straight forward now. You need to progress comfortably on the diet. If your BM's change just continue as your body has not been exposed to many things in a long time there is an adjustment period. I go through this myself. My rule of thumb is if you experience prolonged discomfort from something new either; 1) scale back with the amount 2) use it on a rotation If it still causes you prolonged discomfort omit it. I intro new foods and my BM's become soft or sometimes very D like. But if I am not running to the bathroom like a madwoman I just go on. I also get hard BM's and it is very uncomfortable causing me hemorrhoids- I am much more careful with this as the Hemorrhoids can get out of control and make me miserable. I experience this with nuts, nut flour and sometimes even nut butter that I run through the Omega 3 times. Don't be so fear ridden Eileen. Your body is going to go through stages. As long as it is not too violent or really pulls you out of your routine continue with faith that you are on the healing journey.
