supplemental trouble?

hey all,

still trying to track down source of recent gut fussiness (lower and upper),

which includes previously confessed illegal dish, but wanted to check other

items, as well, as timing is suspicious:

1) Switched to new enzyme, GI Pro Health's ProZyme. The old one, Biogest, was

fine, but thought this one might cover more foods. Anyone ever have trouble

with digestive enzymes? I assumed they were at worst benign, but now I'm

wondering ...

2)Magnesium: sleep dr. suggested this might help with periodic leg movement

revealed in sleep study. So I started a 2:1, 500:250, cal / mag supplement,

just one per day, (in addition to 100 mg mag in multivitamin). I recall from

somewhere that magnesium can rile up lower gi. True?

3)(this one's a wild card) Had a first-time osteophathic adjustment for a

pinched nerve in back (when it rains, it flash-floods, eh). The osteopath said

some people can have strong reaction to full body adjustment, including D; I

don't have D, fortunately, but increased cramping and indigestion. Anyone have

similar experience.

of course, good old fashioned poor sleep and stress are popular " leading

indicators, " as they say on Wall St., as well.

thanks,

tom
