Guest guest
Hi, I have a consult scheduled July 9 with Dr. Hess and I was wondering from you people who have dealt with him before, what sort of " paperwork " and documentation does he routinely require? I realize that there are probably some specific requirements from my insurance (which I am, by the way, still trying to find out). I see a lot of you referring to a psych eval, is this always necessary and if so why? And as far as documentation for previous wt loss attempts, I would have had to clear the redwood forests for enough paperwork! besides, I tend to destroy my evidence of failures, you know, shred the wt watchers booklets and such...shame on me. Anyways, I would appreciate any information that anyone has to share. I would like to go " armed " so as to prevent any delays as I am sure you all would understand. Thanks,
