I have a little bit of sag on the sides, but none in the middle. I really don't think I will have a tummy tuck. This could change if for some reason this surgery leads me down to 130 or something that will produce more of a tummy problem. Actually, I have more of a roll above the waistline that makes finding clothes that fit a little more challenging. My waist is one to two sizes larger than my butt and my hips.
