Guest guest
Thanks Kim. We really appreciate it. We mix all of Hayden's supplements into homemade pear sauce. Did you ever find out about the calcium, or could you recommend one? Where do you get your liquid minerals. Thanks again for all of your help. You can always empty out the contents from the capsules and mix in water or add to food. > > I'm currently investigating liquid minerals. The company from which I get ELyte (for electrolyte boosting drink) has started marketing 8 different (individual) minerals in liquid form. My body handles liquids better than capsules or tablets, so this might be a solution for me. As a matter of fact, I mix all my minerals into water or into my electrolyte-boosting drink because they are absorbed better and don't trigger my upper GI symptoms and don't upset my kidneys. I either purchase powder forms or empty the capsules. I see Kirkman Labs now has some liquid minerals too, so I'll have to do some investigation and comparison. I don't know yet if the liquid forms are SCD-legal. > > Anyway, that Zinc looks fine. > > Kim M. > > >>>>>>>>>> > Kim, > If you would be so kind, could you tell me about this one as well. It is Zinc (from Kirkman). Thank you very very much. Zinc 20 mg - Bio-Max Series- Hypoallergenic Capsule. > > Mark >
