Guest guest Posted April 9, 2001 Report Share Posted April 9, 2001 I am so happy that at my one month (4week) check up I showed to have lost a total of 27 lbs (my scales at home showed 30 but I'll take 27 =o) and 28 1/8 inches off of my body! I am so excited that this is working. I also was able to hold down a protein drink today. I drank both the Extreme Pure Pro Punch & Grape drinks and both stayed down! My pcp seemed very excited for me and was very encouraging. My hubby stuck some 2x4s under the head of the bed and this seems to really be helping the reflux I was having at night.
