Definetely.

It is a good thing to know. As the bad microbes are killed they release toxins.

I've been in a permanent hangover.

It is getting better and the smile is coming back to my face from time to time.

Before the die-off started, I was making jokes all the time. Hopefully I will

recover my good mood very soon.

always been a very positive, confident person as an adult but lately I have felt

like I'm 14 again! I feel timid and unsure of myself in social situations and

feel more negative about things in general. Nothing else in my life has changed

except the SCD. Is it possible that the dieing bacteria and parasites are

affecting me emotionally?
