Guest guest
Hi Terri, Yes indeed. I didn't recognize myself in the beginning months. I am also very positive and easy going. I found myself moody, bitchy...not able to concentrate on my work. But it passes. Hang in there. It helps to know it's not you, but the effects of die-off.) GERDS and chronic C. I have always been a very positive, confident person as an adult but lately I have felt like I'm 14 again! I feel timid and unsure of myself in social situations and feel more negative about things in general. Nothing else in my life has changed except the SCD. Is it possible that the dieing bacteria and parasites are affecting me emotionally? > > Any feed back would be most welcome and much appreciated. > > Terri > IBS > RLS > SCD 3 months >

Your intestine is your second brain, and it also has tons of neural connections to various areas of your brain, and those little bugger bacteria that we are trying to kill off are experts at sending signals along those neural pathways to effect you and manipulate you in all sorts of ways. Also, the toxins released into your bloodstream by the dying/exploding bacteria are, by definition, very toxic and are able to effect you in all kinds of ways until they exit the body. Guest guest
Definetely. It is a good thing to know. As the bad microbes are killed they release toxins. I've been in a permanent hangover. It is getting better and the smile is coming back to my face from time to time. Before the die-off started, I was making jokes all the time. Hopefully I will recover my good mood very soon.
