Kaiser does not offer this option. I think the concern is that the

nutritional issues are even tougher than with RNY.

If eating and pooping as soon as you are done is your idea of success, then by all means, look into it. They hold nothing in their bodies. USC does that surgery in L.A., but Kaiser only seems to be doing the RNY.
