Guest guest
My nutritionist told me yesterday that it was ok to mix with any kind of food. That when mixed the powder becomes liquid and should be eaten right away. I make a sugar free pudding with lactaid milk and make up individual serving glasses. I use natural protein stirred well in my serving. It has a bit of a gritty texture because the pudding is cold, so, I crush a vanilla wafer and sprinkle it on top. Voila. I also mix it in my oatmeal. It does not clump if I mix it in my bowl. It has a smooth texture. Very creamy oatmeal. Works in cream of wheat too. Same with soups, as long as it is not boiling hot it will not clump.
