My nutritionist told me yesterday that it was ok to mix with any kind

of food. That when mixed the powder becomes liquid and should be

eaten right away. I make a sugar free pudding with lactaid milk and

make up individual serving glasses. I use natural protein stirred

well in my serving. It has a bit of a gritty texture because the

pudding is cold, so, I crush a vanilla wafer and sprinkle it on top.

Voila. I also mix it in my oatmeal. It does not clump if I mix it

in my bowl. It has a smooth texture. Very creamy oatmeal. Works in

cream of wheat too. Same with soups, as long as it is not boiling

hot it will not clump.
