Guest guest
Just started the diet on Friday night. Already feeling weak, nauseous, tired. Also hot flashes and generally feeling like c--p. I dont want to eat anything but need to because of the pregnancy. Just so not wanting to do this now but I want to heal my gut. One of my major symptoms went away yesterday with just 12 hrs on the diet. Usually when I eat a really late breakfast about 15 mins later my intestines really start to hurt in a few spots and I can feel the food moving thru and then 15 mins later, I have a VERY strong urge to go poo which I hope I'm close to the bathroom otherwise I dont eat till almost dinnertime or when I'm done doing errands but yesterday I ate late and felt the pain but didnt have to go at all!!! The only other symptom I want to get rid of I wont know until this baby is born and s/he wont react if I eat dairy or eggs or anything else that my gut is allowing to get into my breastmilk, that is the main reason I'm on this diet. I've had carrots and chicken cooked for four hours for the first three meals, then had broiled plain steak last night for dinner and today for breakfast and lunch. I also had a ripe banana and some grape juice and water last night cause I needed to eat something. I haven't added eggs or dairy because I'm afraid to react to them. Ever since my gallbladder removal in '04, I've only ever had loose bm's unless I ate quite a few bananas but a few weeks ago I took out eggs and either because of that or the pregnancy that I've actually had regular/normal poos. So don't know when I want to add them in or even at all. I just need advice on what to do, I can't keep feeling like this while pregnant and trying to keep up with 4 other kids, one of whom is a very active 9 month old. It's taken me 2 hrs just to write this cause I'm so tired and not being able to write what I'm thinking clearly. Help!!!
Guest guest
Maybe this is die off. The bone broth soups- chicken and beef are really helpful. Make a huge pot of soup, freeze some for later, and sip on it during the day. PJ > > > > > Just started the diet on Friday night. Already feeling weak, nauseous, tired.
