Guest guest
Last night I pulled boxes of clothes out from my skinny days. I had 14's, 16's and 18's. I pulled the 18's out and tried them on, THEY FIT! a little tight but I was able to zip them up. I think if I can lose another 10 pounds they will fit just right. I am wearing a pair of 20's and they are baggy, I had to roll the waistband so they would not fall to my hip. This is now the biggest size I will ever be. Guest guest
Now that's exciting. Congrats!!!! Someone asked me the other day - what happens when you start to lose weight, are you going to have to keep buying new clothes as you lose? I told them - Please, I have clothes in every size starting at a 30 and going all the way down to size 12. Buying the clothes is not the problem - it's actually fitting into the 95% of my closet that sits (or hangs) untouched! Guest guest
Teri, How cool for you! And excellent that you kept those sizes. I haven't worn an 18 since I was in college, and since I am 35 now, I can tell you that I don't have ANY clothes that size saved up. Not enough closet space in those New York apartments. I have been so big for so long that I only really have 50-60 pound lower increment clothes, which I am wearing now. Unfortunately, on the way up things didn't hang quite as low as they are hanging on the way down (LOL) so I am finding that stuff I wore at this weight is not long enough for me now to hide the apron. I live for the day I can have it removed. God bless you, and keep you on the downward slide, you big loser, you! --Janice Drew 386/281 BPD/DS, Mt.
