Looking for Coconut Candy Recipe

Hi folks, have been away hunting down a regression (antibiotics related) that my

little girl is just come out of. What a nightmare. Some months ago a kind soul

posted a simple coconut candy recipe that looked great, does anyone know what

I'm referring to?

Evoni is allergic to eggs and I've been too scared to try nuts, nut milks, or

nut flours. Anybody care to shake my fright about those, they would sure open

expand our very boring menu options.
