Guest guest
I went to GNC yesterday and bought the bottled already made Isopure. I purchased the Grape, Alpine Punch, and a Peach Mango I think?? Anyways, I took the grape yesterday because I am still trying to find a protein drink that I like and wont make me throw up. HALLELUJAH I liked the grape. I feel so much better now. I have to admit I have had bad days since my surgeons appt. just do to the fact of knowing the amount of time I have ahead of me. I am going to get back on track starting tomorrow and am prepping my veggies and pulling out my new DVD for exercise. Hopefully within a month I will have my date. Thamks for listening. Guest guest
Good girl. It's amazing how much of this is really just mental readiness. I sort of putzed around for several months...basically doing what was right, but not really focused the way I should be. Finally, I just got fed up, and pulled out all of the stops. I started exercising more often, harder. I really wrote every single thing that went into my mouth down on paper...and I seriously cut the calories, carbs and excess fats. And lo and behold...the 9 lbs. that I struggled with came off in just two weeks. But, it took me getting down and dirty with myself. Making it my TOP focus. You can do this. You really can!!! (By the way, I used Peach Mango which I think is very good!) Robynnhollotwomn@... wrote: I went to GNC yesterday and bought the bottled already made Isopure. Guest guest
Randy gets his first one tomorrow....I bought a bunch of sample size from vitalady. Any suggestions about how to prepare the tiny amount he will get? He is still on one ounce every 15 minutes. Thanks! Sue
