My son is going on a retreat with school tomorrow morning and coming back on

Friday afternoon. A staff member (that I know well) who has a diabetic son is

going along and will make sure that my son can get his food heated up and

anything else he might need help with. I'm trying to finish making everything

tonight and will pack it all up to send with him.

This is what I'm sending: pancakes and honey syrup, hamburger patties, homemade

ketchup and mustard, grilled chicken, cooked carrots, juice, banana muffins and

almond butter " brownies " , homemade venison jerky, canned pears. Can anyone

think of anything else that's easy to make and pack that he can eat, 3-1/2 weeks

into the diet?

Thanks!

Liz
