Guest guest
Patti, I have been watching for a post for you about Dr. Gagner's vacation ending and I don't have an answer, but if this relates....I was told Dr. Gagner would be out of his office for the whole month of April because he will be traveling. Supposedly he will be back toward the end of the month but they are not really pushing this information so he won't be overloaded when he gets back. Of course things could have changed since 2 weeks ago when this information was fresh. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Thank You Margaret, I was told he was going to be gone 6-7 weeks, he left the first part of April I guess. I thought someone on the board was having the DS with Dr.Gagner June 4 th or 8th. I am still hoping he has a cancellation before my scheduled revision date of June 25, as I have now gained 21 lbs, and can no longer fit in ANY of my clothes. It is horrible. Guest guest
Dear Patti: You sound like me..... a frustration eater. They say we eat for comfort, but I for one, don't feel very comforted by FOOD... How about you? I have really examined that statement about comfort eating and although I certainly turn to food when I am frustrated and/or sad...... I can't say it EVER felt comforting. Guest guest
I was at Mt. Sinai yesterday for my 3 week post op checkup and I overheard one of the receptionists blabbing on the phone to someone how Dr. Gagner cancelled 5 weeks of appointments and she was so busy rescheduling everything. And she was saying that she doesnt even believe how they keep taking appointments and how Dr. Herron was double booked because he was taking Dr. Gagners patients. I was supposed to see Herron even though Gagner did my surgery, but to my delight, I saw Dr. Quinn. Nothing at all against Dr. Herron. I met him and he is so nice, but Dr. Quinn assisted on my surgery, so I was in familiar territory. Then when I made my 3 month appt which should have been July 5th (I asked for July 2), they said he would be away and I could have July 11. So he must be speaking/travelling a lot! He's spreading the good word. Jill K in NY 22 days post-op -26 lbs forever __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Oh my God, here I go again. I went through this same thing with my original DS with that office. I had my flight all schueduled and paid for arrangements made, and I was cancelled. It is not like all of us live in NY, and can come on a whim. I think I am going to be looking for another surgeon to do my revision. Patti Re: Dr.Gagner > I was at Mt.
