That sounds pretty good. We haven't been on the diet long enough for beans. I

found this out the hard way with my son - he wanted to try them and I let him

and he had a bad day after that. I'll try the onions the next time I have some

pan drippings to see if the taste is close to what we'll want.

found this out the hard way with my son - he wanted to try them and I let him
