Guest guest
Okay, so I guess I was doing it wrong. I don't know if I had the old edition or what, but I guess I sort of assumed that after the intro period, you just followed the diet. So, back to jello, cheesecake and chicken soup for three days, and then one food at a time. Nuts can wait. Question: Can I use cream solely for all my yogurt, or will I be missing out? I guess what I'm asking is, if I do nothing but the French cream for intro and beyond to try to gain weight, will this put me behind the eight ball? I'm still going to ferment it 24 hours, just wondering if I'm going to be missing any vital nutrients, or if the nutrient density is different with milk compared to cream Thanks all! jonathan

And it has the same probiotics. Mara
