Hi all. I have a question about sugar intake. How much is too much? I really don't eat much at all in a day, I eat my proteins first like a good little girl, I sometimes get some starches after that, a few bites of baked potato or something like that but then sometimes I would like to eat casseroles and things too. Or macaroni and cheese and this stuff has carbohydrates. And then "once in awhile" I like to take a bite of ice cream or chocolate. This isn't even every day and I only take one bite but I NEED IT! How do I know how many carbos is too much? How do I know how many sugars a day will hold back my weight loss? Anyone have any numbers?
