,

I used and am still using what I would consider a medium sized bean bag

chair. It still makes me feel better at night to sleep propped up a bit. I

would get a bigger one rather than a smaller one. You need to be able to

lean back on it comfortably in bed. It has been a god-send for me! I have

our dear friend Janice to thank! It was her brainchild!! Hope this helps!

Hi,

I purchased a large bean bag chair, for a kid

from Land's End I think on sale for about 40.00.

I would have opted for the smaller I think , yet

the large obe only weighs about 12 lbs, very

light weight and plenty big enough to support, my

341 lbs pre-op. It is real comfy for sitting up

in bed to read, etc. I wasn't sure I would need

it, but my folks came up to care for me post-op

and my dad sometimes doses in his recliner, which

my small New York City Apartment can't house...so

I got the bean bag chair for either him or me,

today, I sat up in bed and read well secured in

the chair.
