Guest guest Posted September 25, 2009 Report Share Posted September 25, 2009 Hi Everyone, I compiled a list (to help me be more organized) of all my breakfast ideas. I realize it's somewhat short, although I know that a lot of people are more limited. We've been on the diet for about 6 weeks and haven't had any problems with stage 2 and some stage 3 foods. (My son had a hard day yesterday, but is already getting a lot better - he has the flu and it seems to have upset his system. The B has just about stopped again though.) I'm hoping that I'll give someone some ideas by listing what we do, and I'd love to get ideas from other people too. If this is successful, I'll maybe start a thread for lunches, dinners, snacks and desserts. Here is what we've been doing for breakfast: Omelettes Egg and " sausage " casserole (homemade sausage) Smoothies Muffins - banana, applesauce, carrot Breakfast burritos - sausage, onions and peppers in egg crepes Pancakes (almond butter or pecan butter) Waffles Can anyone add something to the list that would also be somewhat easy for breakfast?
