Guest guest Posted April 10, 2001 Report Share Posted April 10, 2001 Cindy --- don't think of the denial as the end of it ... and I don't just mean needing to appeal ... if your insurance will pay for the gastric bypass surgery ... that still includes the hospital being paid ... the tests.......the surgeon and anestheologist, etc etc ... you need to make a deal with the insurance to pay for the portion of the surgery they don't cover .... mainly ... the ds itself ... easier to see that as possibly 5,000 --- rather than paying it all ... or having nothing!
