I have enjoyed reading all the food diaries. Here is my food record

for today. I will be 4 months post op this Friday.

TODAY

Breakfast- One Hardee's Omelette Biscuit and a small Coke

Lunch- 2 Frozen cheese/chicken/green chille Quesadillas(28 g of

protein)

Snack- had a medium popcorn with butter at a movie and a Sprite

Dinner- salad with blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles

1/2 of a Montery Chicken Breast(Chicken topped with ham,

cheese, bacon and guacomole)

Macaronni and cheese

YESTERDAY

Breakfast- One Turkey Sausage Roll and a Coke

Lunch- Three egg Omelette filled with jack cheese, crabmeat, and

tomatoes topped with Guacomole and three slices of bacon

Dinner- 2 Egg rolls and one order of Crab Ragoon

I think for the next few days, I will continue to post what I'm

eating. Also, I take 12 Vita For Life Vitamins a day and drink lots

of water. I began doing Pilates and Tae Bo (sp? three days ago and

suddenly I'm starving. Up until now I have done nothing for exercise.

By the way, as a post op I can not tolerate Tuna, but all other

seafood is fabulous. Every time I eat Shrimp I seem to drop a pound.

Also, many post ops don't tolerate soda, however, for me as soon as I

began drinking soda at three months out my vomiting and nausea got

better. It seemed the burping caused by the soda helped my stomach

discomfort.
