I can't seem to find Dannon full fat in any of my local stores these days. I can get the Fage full fat. But... My Dannon SCD Yogurt comes out perfect. My Fage SCD Yogurt comes out thin, not smooth, and just leaves something to be desired. What's up? Are the active cultures just not as " active " in the Fage? Suggestions? I'm thinking of slightly increasing the amount of Fage starter...would that still be SCD legal? I'd appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.
