Guest guest
I have found that the most effective powder is Zeasorb. Get the *non-medicated,* uscented kind, in the white bottle with the red printing (assuming they haven't changed their packaging). Apparently the yeasties love the medicated stuff and it can actually make your rash worse. As I said, it doesn't have a scent of any kind, so it works great for those of us who are sensitive to odors. Kaiser pharmacies (most of them, anyway) carry Zeasorb at a reasonble price. Years ago I began exercising and got a horrible red RAW rash under my boobs. Zeasorb is the only thing that took it away. Here's the regime: After showing dry really well under your pannus (overhanging belly skin) or wherever your rash/irritation is. Use a blow dryer set on cool and dry that area really well. Then apply the Zeasorb and you'll be good to go. Laurie W.
