Guest guest
> * I found that if I wait and eat more in a half hour I get a lot > more food down. >>MBW.....My understanding is that this kind of eating is called "eatingaround the surgery" and could compromise weight loss. My surgeon tellsme that our greatest weight loss comes from the small amounts we areable to eat.<< : What you said literally rocked me. What you implied we must avoid is EXACTLY what I do. I give lip service to various good habits which I sometimes practice but tonight I had a small amount of dinner, waited 20 minutes and ate a little more. OF COURSE that is eating compulsively! I'm now going to have to give that some serious thought and maybe change my definition of my own abstinence and make some sort of commitment to it. Thank you all for the truths that you all offer, even when you don't know you're offering them. Regards.
