I'm going to guess for many of them- gargle and spit- you can gargle many times

a day, but you would not want to swallow that much of anything in a day. White

spots can be viral too.

Hey Alyssa,

Do you use any probiotic supplements? If so open a capsule and distribute

contents- like swish in mouth and swallow.

Also, do you eat a lot of cheese.. Personally I would hold off on cheese (I

went totally dairy free for quite a while and it made a huge difference for

sinus/allergy/throat/ear issues)

S Boulardii is a good yeast..

It would actually be great for you since you were on antibiotics!

I wouldn't stop it yet.. But if you are finding you are not improving the way

you should then yea, I would cut the yogurt out and go with the non dairy based

probiotics from GI Prohealth. At least that is my experience.

How long have you been eatng the yogurt?
