IMHO I would not do the bifidus. Why undo all the hard work you've done?

Eileen,

Lots of different types of muscle testing out there. I used to really be into

it. It's not full proof but it sure is helpful.

I'm sure you'll find a whole bunch of stuff on YouTube.

My Thyroid medication changed recently- I learned basically that compounded

thyroid meds are basically all supplied by compounding pharmacists of america or

something like that.

I looked into it further and still need to make some phone calls.

I get confused as Armour in of itself cannot be made legal. Armour and

Naturethroid (which has less fillers than Armour) contains T1, T2 and

Calcitonin.

Compounded T3/T4 (which is what I use now in capsules- I tried liquid for a

while and sustained release) can be sourced from dessicated thyroid.. But still

this is not Armour it's T3/T4- they also use dosages like Armour so it gets even

more whacked.

I'd love to tolerate naturethroid but it has illegals in it and I rather not go

there.

Plus, apparently there is a shortage in the country right now for armour and

naturethroid. :(
