Has Bridget gone to the doctor yet ?

Has anyone heard anything more from Bridget ? Post-op 10 months and still having

chronic diarrhea ? Does anyone know if she spoke with her WLS surgeon or her PCP

so she could get checked out ? Did she get her gall bladder removed during her

surgery ? Gall bladder dysfunction can cause chronic diarrhea. She may also

have lactose intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome. (I don't think WLS cures

IBS necessarily, some people still have it afterwards, but less occurrance and

others may develop it.) Some think shorter bypasses 50cm-75cm could cause things

like IBS and anal fissures, etc.

I hope she's getting checked out as she shouldn't have to be house bound by this

problem and it cause cause nutritional deficiencies if left untreated.
