How about adding a protein shake, made with water and ice instead of milk, when you feel like snacking. I'm told it helps. Good luck. Guest guest Posted July 18, 2005 Report Share Posted July 18, 2005 Actually, I have some protein powder that mixes with water to use at work when I'm hungry (like Isopure, zero carb). I need to bring more vegies to eat at work when hungry too now that I can eat more.
