Hi Sandi, and thanks for the compliment! Just hang in there and try to

keep losing! How about adding a protein shake, made with water and ice

instead of milk, when you feel like snacking. I'm told it helps. Good

Actually, I have some protein powder that mixes with water to use at

work when I'm hungry (like Isopure, zero carb). I need to bring more

vegies to eat at work when hungry too now that I can eat more. I'll

hang in there, and I need to keep reminding myself that when I feel

tummy hunger, I am probably loosing weight!
