Guest guest Posted July 2, 2005 Report Share Posted July 2, 2005 Hi all you fab people! I need help! My husband has only seen the Hood yogurt that is " Atkins recommended " . Is that the right " type " for us post ops? Aside from it not being fruit at the bottom? My husband has been to 4 different stores so far and I asked him to come home till I could pin this down. I remember Robynn saying to get the Hood brand, but are there varieties within the brand? or is that one cool to get? Oh and one other question please? Do I increase the amount of fluids now that I am on Stage II diet to 2 oz? or do I stay at 1 oz every 15 minutes? I am not getting enough water, by noticing the color in the toliet. I don't want to get dehydrated..... Stage II so far so good today! Thanks for all the well wishes to my first post on being on the other side. You are all inspirations to me and I can't wait to come to a session so I can meet you all face to face...well those that go to the Richmond fac, I guess... Okay, all for now.
