It was on sale! Like buy that, get this huge jar for free or something. I also got a huge jar of coconut concentrate and a tub of coconut chips. Actually, I just used that palm oil to make some banana chips. Sliced banana, spread them lightly with palm oil and cook or dehydrate on low for several hours. They're pretty yummy - even better the next day. I got impatient and turned the heatw up from 170 to 250 for a while - just cause I get impatient while I'm doing stuff like that. Is there supposed to be a virtue WRT the food if you keep it on low the whole time? Thanks Ellen, I just now stocked up on coconut oil, shredded coconut and coconut flour. So now I have to start baking more with coconut flour. Anyone recommend any coconut flour recipes?
