I know that the waiting is agonizing! I had UHC and was approved within a

few days. Do you have the telephone number of your case worker? If so, I

would just call and be really sweet and ask if they had any idea how long it

would be. That is what I did and got a call the next morning telling me that

I was approved.

I have the UHC PPO (no exclusion on my policy) and I was approved for surgery

as in-network even though my surgeon was out of state.
