I have Aetna US Healthcare via Sutter Gould Medical Foundation in

Stockton, CA- My surgeon is Dr. Rabkin & Dr. Jossart.... Currently my

insuance company has my " pre-authorization " in a Nurses que, and I am

still waiting..... how do I expidite the process. The office staff is

overwelhemed with clients what can I do to make this go faster?
