Guest guest
Eileen, I have learned that past tolerances really aren't a great barometer living this SCD lifestyle. I eat a bit of sheeps and goats cheese. I don't think you need to switch starters if you're not looking at the A1/A2 stuff. Are you worried about cow casein at all? The amount of cow skim milk yogurmet starter is negligible. But if it persists- what the heck.. give it a try. You know bloating happens with odd yeast issues just an FYI. If I eat too many bananas in a week forget it between my post surgery hernia and yeast issues it's like my belly is my own personal coffee cup holder *do you see me morphing into Al Bundy right about now* soon you'll hear me screaming " Peg..Peg.. " Did you take many antibiotics in your lifetime? Do you get other symptoms with your bloat or is it strictly a vanity issue? If it is a vanity issue- I think you need to start excersizing.. this sort of thing happens to women with age after kids. What about your thyroid issues? This could contribute to bloat.. How are your FT3 levels? Jodi
